CLASSES RANGING FROM

Beginner to Advanced

LyonHeart Fitness‘s programming is “Individualized Training in a Group Setting”. Our programs are designed to allow each individual the opportunity to focus on strength, conditioning, endurance, or weightlifting. We offer different Group Classes because we know our members have individual goals and our coaches will help tailor the daily workouts to help achieve those goals. Push cardio in our WOD class, focus on lifting form in our Strength class- No matter if you are brand new to training or are an experienced lifter, our programming can be tailored to fit your needs.

SOUTH LYON CROSSFIT

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing our methodologies outlined below.
Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.

STRENGTH

Our Strength classes are an opportunity for members to put more focus on refining lifting technique and increasing their overall strength. We will do primary work on a variation of the Squat, Deadlift, Press or Pull movement followed by accessory work to address other parts of the body and then finish up with core work to help build strength and stability.

PERSONAL TRAINING

What does it take? …It takes a passionate, knowledgeable trainer to show you what to do, and keep you on the right track.
But that’s not all we offer, either. You’ll love both our supportive, fun community, and our exciting, quick and new workout routines ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see.
