During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
Boot Camp
Unlimited Boot Camp Classes per week - $99/month
Our Boot Camp classes are 30 minutes long and allow you to get in, get a great workout and get on with your day.
The programming is always varied, using a variety of functional movements, just like your life. Our expert Coaches will take you through from start to finish ensuring the results you want.
Group Training
Each day the workout will train a different part of our bodies to become stronger
3 Sessions per week - $149/month
Unlimited Sessions per Week - $169/month
With our Group Training, you'll have access to our CrossFit classes as well as our Strength Classes and scheduled Open Gym sessions.
In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Personal Training
Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
Single 45-60 minute session - $100
Packages available at a discount- contact us for more information.
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
